A Beautiful space to learn in and enjoy.

Studio Cocoon thrives to build a community intent on learning to enjoy movement and stillness – through yoga, functional physical training, dance, meditation, and related activity.

One of the largest studio spaces in the city – 700 square feet along a 35 feet length. Large white windows with double glazed glass to reduce sound inflow that open to the sky and the green canopies around the Dhakuria Lakes.

Full length flawless mirrors. Interiors in soft pine accentuated with whites. The ambience in the studio is to facilitate concentrated focus and relaxed mindfulness.

Cocoon is surrounded by a green and luscious hemming of bushes, flowers and climbers to give you a feel of the outdoors while protecting you from daylight glare.

Equipped with 7.5 tonnes of air conditioning, the studio ensures that one is comfortable in the peak of summer or during an aerobic activity.

The laminate wooden floor has been layered under with a one inch EP foam and a 19 mm ply to provide cushioning for your knees during aerobic activity.

State of the art sound system with mixers and cordless mics for the joy of teaching and learning!
